Our rental property suffered major water damage after the water heater failed and flooded several rooms. We needed a company that could respond quickly and help both us and our tenant through the process, and Xpress Restoration exceeded our expectations.

Their team arrived fast, started the emergency water extraction and drying immediately, and carefully packed out the tenant’s belongings to protect them from further damage. They kept both the property owner and tenant informed throughout the restoration and worked directly with the insurance company, making the claim process much easier for everyone involved.

Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence from day one. If you’re a homeowner, landlord, or property manager dealing with water damage in San Diego, I highly recommend Xpress Restoration. They truly care about their customers and know how to handle every step of the restoration process.

Even though I couldn’t always be there, Leo kept me updated and gave me complete confidence that my parents were being taken care of.
